2022 Zardoz Sparkling Nouveau

VINEYARDS: 60% Gamay Noir / 40% Pinot Meunier

WINEMAKING: Carbonic maceration for seven days. Aged for one month prior to disgorging.

TASTING NOTES: Zardoz sparkling red nouveau is back! This wine was such a hit last year that we decided to bring it back. We named it after our favorite John Boorman movie about a futuristic Ireland populated by barbarians and an immortal ruling elite. It’s an absurd movie that doles out heaps of wild fun. A perfect pairing for our carbonic sparkling nouveau. Also the ultimate barbeque wine. Tastes like brambly black raspberry, cranberry, and red hots.
