Witters (El Dorado), 100% Gamay Noir. Over 3,000 feet elevation. Volcanic clay loam soil.

Winemaking

The grapes were harvested at 20 brix and fermented in stainless steel. The wine was aged in barrel for 2 months in barrel and six months in bottle before disgorging by hand. No part of our process is outsourced or automated. Residual sugar: 4 grams per liter
