Why We Like It:
The goal with this project is to make fresh sparkling wines with a savory edge. And this wine is just that. This vintage is comprised mostly of Pinot Noir and a bit of chardonnay from just about every site we work with. It embodies our far flung vineyards, often situated far above mile on tilted mile of mountain roads.
